Guille, the host, lives on the same property, so he is always attentive to any eventuality. He is a friendly person, knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to activities in the city. You cannot park your car inside the property, but it is on a wide avenue (like all streets in Madryn) and it is very safe to leave it on the street.

We found the apartment very comfortable. Although it is not large, the rooms and spaces are very well laid out. Guillermo welcomed us and was very friendly and attentive. I would highlight the storage space in the bedroom, which is VERY convenient because it was really spacious and we were able to store everything there. This is not something you usually find in rental apartments. I would also highlight the bedside table with a lamp in the sofa bed (where my child slept) and the two lamps in the bedroom. I also liked that there were outlets everywhere and the clothesline outside the bedroom. These are details that make for comfort. The kitchen was well equipped; we were able to cook with everything we needed. The refrigerator was new and spotless. Everything was a 10. The location is excellent: it's an area away from the center, which we prefer because you can walk peacefully along the waterfront, with access to more beautiful beaches. A block and a half away is Roca Avenue, which has all the shops: supermarket, restaurant, Laverrap, greengrocer, bakery, etc.
