Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. onwards

If we can have the apartment ready earlier we will let you know. This is something we cannot assure in advance, but our intention is to have it available for you as early as possible.

In general, there is no problem if your trip or flight is delayed and you arrive later than planned, as long as you let us know in advance.

Arrival notice: We ask that when you are on your way, you send us a message so that we can be there to greet you.

Reception: There will always be someone there to greet you and explain everything you need to know about the department.

Registration: According to the Police of the Province of Chubut, all guests must register their personal information in the “Passenger Registration Book”. We ask you to complete it with the required information.

Check-out: Until 11:00 am.

Please respect this time to allow us to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

If for any reason we cannot be there at the time of your departure, we will give you directions to lock the apartment and leave the keys.

Luggage storage: We can store your luggage if you arrive before check in time, as well as if you need to leave it for a few hours after check out.
